We engaged MRF Constructions in March of 2016 to undertake a restorative style complete home renovation. With a rigid timeline and limited budget we were extremely happy with the service provided by Michael and his team.

Throughout the planning process Michael was able to offer advice and suggestions that would help keep the project within budget and on time and he was extremely accommodating of our particular requirements.

Construction started on time and as planned. During the build small issues arose that Michael solved using his broad network of trades. This included a delay on tiling and floor polishing, however through his excellent management the overall timeline of the project was not affected. As with many projects of this nature we changed our minds along the way regarding several items and Michael could clearly articulate the impact these changes would have on the cost and completion time, helping us to make wise decisions regarding these changes.

The quality and attention to detail in our renovation was fantastic and we have had many compliments from visitors regarding some of the smaller details that Michael’s team of trades put in place. Wanting something different with our renovation was always going to be a challenge, however all the tradespeople were respectful of the ideas we had, going above and beyond to make sure the details were perfect.

We especially appreciated that Michael stayed in contact throughout the build, phoning us regularly to clarify any items he or the other trades were not 100% sure about regarding how we wanted things. Everyone on site was polite and easy to deal with and every day the house was left in a safe and tidy manner.

Now that we have lived in our renovated home for more than 6 months we can happily say we are over the moon with the result. We would highly recommend MRF as an honest, reliable and easy to deal with company.
