Michael Falzon, a NSW licenced builder, trading as MRF Constructions Pty Limited and his two employees began major extension work to complete a second story on our property in Ramah Avenue Mount Ousley NSW in August 2015.

Under the watchful eye of Architect Peter Taylor, Michael and his team worked tirelessly and efficiently with little or no disturbance to us who remained on site for the entire 4 month construction period.

We are extremely happy with the final result which was highlighted by his activities as follows:

1. There was significant input into the final design which included a number of practical constructions matters.
2. The workmanship of his employees and specialist sub-contractors was of a very high standard and reflected an obvious attitude of pride in job completion.
3. The coordination between the various trades on the project was very well managed and thus averting any major delays.
4. The job site was regularly cleaned up and left in a tidy state.
5. Final remedial work was attended to promptly with satisfactory outcomes.
6. There have been several couples unknown to us previously who, while driving past the property, stopped and requested if they could inspect the extension. All remarked at the excellent final result.

We have been very fortunate in having Michael and his team to complete the project. Accordingly, we highly recommend Michael and his team to any person(s) considering a similar major residential extension.
