We engaged MRF Constructions in March of 2016 to undertake a restorative style complete home renovation. Michael Falzon, a NSW licenced builder, trading as MRF Constructions Pty Limited and his two employees began major extension work to complete a second story on our property in Ramah Avenue Mount Ousley NSW in August 2015. Under the watchful eye of Architect Peter Taylor, Michael and his team worked tirelessly and efficiently with little or no disturbance to us who remained on site for the entire 4 month construction period. We are extremely happy with the final result which was highlighted by his activities as follows: There was significant input into the final design which included a number of practical constructions matters.
